The AI assistant is powered by Google Gemini and is designed for general dental knowledge and app guidance — not for processing patient records. AI queries are sent to Google's API, so we recommend not entering real patient data into the chat. All patient records in Verge DentalCare itself are stored securely and never shared with third-party AI services.
